Το “The Last of Us” γράφει ιστορία, καθώς γίνεται η πρώτη live-action τηλεοπτική μεταφορά βιντεοπαιχνιδιού που λαμβάνει υποψηφιότητα για Emmy.
Εκτός του βραβείου για την Καλύτερη Δραματική Σειρά, το “The Last of Us” διεκδικεί και αυτά των καλύτερων ερμηνειών για τους Pedro Pascal και Bella Ramsey.
Φυσικά, δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που μια σειρά που βασίζεται σε βιντεοπαιχνίδι είναι υποψήφια για Emmy, καθώς μόλις πέρυσι, το “Arcane” του Netflix είχε βραβευτεί ως η Καλύτερη Σειρά Κινουμένων Σχεδίων.
Άλλη μια σειρά που έγραψε ιστορία ήταν το “Succession”, το οποίο απέσπασε τρεις (από τις έξι) θέσεις στην κατηγορία του Α’ Ανδρικού Ρόλου σε Δραματική Σειρά, για τους πρωταγωνιστές της Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin και Jeremy Strong.
Άλλες σειρές που είναι υποψήφιες είναι τα “Andor”, “House of the Dragon”, “Yellowjackets”, “Wednesday” και “Obi-Wan Kenobi”.
